Refund policy
1. Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Acceptable Reasons for Return:
- The product received is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
Important Notes:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Perishable items (fresh vegetables, fruits, mangoes, frozen products, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be processed and refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email.
3. Perishable Items
- Please remove all fresh vegetables, fruits, and paneer from their packaging immediately upon delivery and store them appropriately.
- Refund requests for vegetables, fruits, and paneer must be made within 12 hours after delivery.
- Complaints regarding damaged perishables must be accompanied by clear pictures of the affected items.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery day. We cannot be held responsible for quality issues if the package is delayed due to pickup from a parcel shop.
🚨 Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Vegetables:
- Refundable vegetables will be eligible for a refund if damaged.
- Non-refundable vegetables are available for shipping, but we will not provide refunds for delays or damages.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will either:
- Resend the entire package, or
- Issue a full refund, as per agreement with the customer.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider (some transactions may take extra time to process).

🚨 Important: Sale Items & Special Offer Products are not eligible for refunds or returns. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, please email us at hark431@gmail.com.
- In your email, include your order number, pictures of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
